1. Our Privacy Commitment & Ad-Free Guarantee
OlliPlay does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or athlete data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Our revenue is derived from software subscriptions and service fees, not data monetization.
2. Data Collection (COPPA & Parent-Direct)
- Athlete Data: We collect names, birthdates, and emergency info provided by Parents or Clubs.
- The “Parent-Direct” Shield: OlliPlay does not allow children under 13 to create accounts. Our architecture is designed to prevent unmonitored digital contact between coaches and minors to comply with COPPA and SafeSport.
- California Rights: California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of data sharing per the CCPA/CPRA.
3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
- Role: The Club is the Data Controller; OlliPlay is the Data Processor.
- Sub-Processors: We utilize Stripe (Payments), QuickBooks/Gusto (Accounting), and Twilio/WhatsApp (Messaging). All partners are bound by strict data security obligations.
- Breach Notification: OlliPlay will notify the Club of any confirmed data breach within 72 hours.
4. Cookie Policy
- Essential Only: We use cookies for secure login and fraud prevention. We do not use “Targeting” or “Advertising” cookies.
- GPC Signal: Our platform automatically honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser to auto-disable non-essential tracking.
5. Data Retention
Upon termination, OlliPlay will maintain data for thirty (30) days as a courtesy to allow for final exports. After this period, OlliPlay is not obligated to maintain Organization data and it may be permanently deleted.
